This policy explains how Next Story Vintage handles personal information when you visit nextstoryvintage.com, shop with us, sign up for updates or contact us. Our contact email is info@nextstoryvintage.com.
Information we use
When you place an order, we use information such as your name, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, purchased items, order reference, payment status and delivery information. The checkout and payment providers process the payment details you give them. Please do not send us card numbers, passwords or identity documents by ordinary email.
If you contact us, we use the information you provide, including your message, order details and relevant photographs, to respond and resolve the enquiry. If you choose email updates, we use your email address and records of your choices so we can send the updates you requested and respect an unsubscribe request.

Our store uses Shopify to provide commerce services. Email updates are your choice
Buying a bag does not automatically sign you up for marketing. Where we offer an email signup, we record the choice you make. You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing info@nextstoryvintage.com. We may still send necessary service messages about an order, delivery, refund or enquiry.
Cookies and your choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Use your private order link carefully and contact us if you believe your order information has been accessed by someone else.
Children and other websites
The store is intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us if they believe a child has supplied information to us.
