Next Story Vintage is a trading name of Ariel Garvey, based in Texas, United States. For questions about a piece, an order or these terms, email info@nextstoryvintage.com.

These terms apply to purchases made directly through nextstoryvintage.com. Our Shipping, Returns & refunds and Privacy policies provide further details and are linked throughout the website. Orders placed through another marketplace are governed by that platform's checkout and applicable terms.

Individual pieces and their condition

We sell pre-owned and vintage bags. Each listing describes the particular item offered, including its condition, measurements and included pieces. Please read the description and examine the photographs before ordering. Vintage items can show age and use; an item's disclosed condition is different from an undisclosed material fault.

Measurements are approximate. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. These differences do not excuse a materially inaccurate description. Only the bag and accessories expressly listed as included form part of the sale. Styling items, including Enleira jewellery, are sold separately unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

Authenticity and brand names

Next Story Vintage is an independent resale business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brands whose items we sell. Brand names and marks identify the maker of the item. We sell authentic items only; see our Returns & refunds policy if you have an authenticity concern. We do not describe a bag as independently certified unless the listing identifies the actual service and evidence.

Availability and your cart

Most pieces are individual items. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Availability and the current price are checked during checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or an error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the affected item and associated charges. We will not substitute a different bag without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Your order total, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown before payment. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details.

Our store's commerce services and checkout are provided by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases to provide these services, including enhanced services that use interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Relevant information is shared with Shopify and other service providers, which may process it in other countries, as explained in our Privacy policy and Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy. Available payment options are displayed during checkout and can vary with device, order, location and provider eligibility. Wallet and instalment providers may apply their own terms. We do not collect card details by email.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not prove that a payment has settled or that a parcel has shipped. If payment status is unclear, check your private order-status link and contact us before paying again.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping policy explains services, preparation and tracking. Our Returns & refunds policy explains cancellation requests, final sale for change of mind and the process if something is wrong. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using this website

You may browse and use the website for lawful personal shopping. Do not attempt to access another person's order, interfere with the website, use stolen payment details, submit false claims or misuse our content. Our website photographs, writing, design and original brand materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. Purchasing an item does not transfer intellectual property rights in that content.

External links

Links to Enleira, marketplaces and other third-party websites take you to separately operated services with their own prices, terms and privacy practices. A purchase made there is not an NSV website order.

Errors and updates

We may correct errors or update the website. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you rather than silently charge a different amount or supply a different item. A later policy update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. The policy version applicable when you ordered remains relevant to that purchase.
